Overview
Center for Purposeful Leadership 501(c)(3) http://centerforpurposefulleadership.org At the heart of the matter is purpose. Your authentic self in relationship with others. Purpose is the power behind your leadership and every successful organization. Integrating what matters with what works is our passion. Center for Purposeful Leadership (CPL) is a group of professionals who are committed to a common purpose. We’re passionate about using our talents and experience to help make the world a better place by supporting leaders and their organizations to thrive. When people thrive, organizations thrive. We help you bridge the gaps offering solutions that work for problems that matter. With two decades of guiding leaders in transition, we treasure the trust built and are proud of our track record. Our experienced consulting team is skilled at surfacing disorienting dilemmas and assessing purpose to support short-term solutions. We work with clients to connect, engage and collaborate for long-term successes. Since our founding in 1995 as Heartland Institute, convening principles have informed our conferences, trainings, and programs. Over 500 consultants and organizational leaders, hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals have trained in and are utilizing CPL convening principles and processes. · Convening processes get to the heart of the matter through essential conversation, quickly, efficiently, and authentically. · Collaboration is the outcome of creating cultures of trust and respect. Convening practices and principles are foundational for creating these cultures. · At CPL, the collaborative model and principles are embedded in our daily work together and through our various programs and client work. Our work has been featured in The Power of Purpose, Richard Leider, Community: The Structure of Belonging, Peter Block, World Café, Juanita Brown and David Isaacs, The Power of Collective Wisdom, Alan Briskin.
