Michelle Doerr 🌿
Patricia has a gift for creating spaces of welcome, safety, and belonging. She invites everyone into the room with energy, authenticity, and grace. I had the opportunity to work with Patricia on a retreat for the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program Collaborative where we convened a several-day plan to deepen and broaden their network within the DDCSP program of students and alums. There she helped scholars imagine and bring voice to how the field of conservation could be reimagined for full sustainability and inclusion. Patricia incorporated multiple methodologies, interweaving The Art of Convening with World Cafe, Open Space, and Purpose-based Leadership technologies. She was inclusive and encouraging, inviting all to bring forward their authentic voices. I would recommend Patricia for her highly interactive, heart-based leadership workshops. It was a pleasure partnering with her.

The work that Patricia does is incredibly valuable and deeply profound. The Heartland Thought Leader Gatherings have been truly transformational and inspire profound reflection and action. I've gained a lot of knowledge and have met some truly remarkable at these gatherings. Patricia is a skillful facilitator and creates space for inquiry, collaboration, and engagement. It has been my absolute pleasure to be a part of the Thought Leader Gatherings since the past two years and to experience Patricia's commitment and passion towards her work!
