Overview

Bromley Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum is a Charitable Organisation that has been formed to support the needs of Voluntary Groups and Charities supporting Children and Families within The London Borough of Bromley. Everything we do is to enable our members to access all the tools and knowledge required to better support themselves, children & families. We run many projects to support the local community, which include multi activity daily school holiday camps in partnership with LBB & Department for education, through HAF, Access 2 Sports and Shortbreaks programmes. Parent/Carer support network plus lots more. What we do for our Members: We provide a platform through which to connect, deliver training, share news and information from our members and associated members via social media platforms, newsletters and networking events to the wider community. Opportunities & Networking: We hold a number of Open Forum Meetings throughout the year that provide further opportunities for our members to share information and network as well as hear from relevant speakers. What’s Next for the Forum? We are making future plans around how we can further support our charity members, future members, fundraising and community projects that directly help children & families in need. We are proud to represent the voluntary sector on various London Borough of Bromley and strategic boards including the Voluntary Sector Strategic Network (VSSN), Bromley Safeguarding Children Partnership and the Children’s Executive Board, working to ensure we can keep our members fully informed whilst representing their interests at strategic level.
