Engaging with the community face to face and through social media content that reflects the charity's values and appeals to different demographics. My goal is to attract new members, businesses, expand our client database, and build positive relationships with the community. I am committed to managing and developing online presence to raise brand awareness and values. I value inclusion, a positive reputation and role within our community. Our members manage the camps, and we respond to feedback to improve our programs. Using social media groups and pages as marketing opportunities. I believe in effective socials to reflect our portfolio and build relationships. As a project manager, I support young mothers and babies, plan fundraising events, coordinate donations, and mentor young people. BCFForum provide experiences to children & young people in need. As Founder, I designed Interactive Educational Classes for children to gain a head-start, and parents/carers, schools and teachers opportunities to discover ways for children to learn through play. With effective teaching methods, supporting oracy; speech, communication & language with fun opportunities to enhance physical development; muscle through movement.I trained Licensees and facilitated mentoring to successfully run classes in their designated areas. 1000’s of children, families and professionals have benefited. Phonics Stars promotes play based learning for children in the Early Years with their parents or carers, preschools and nurseries. Foundation stage children, intervention for KS1 and after school sessions for children in Reception, KS1.Phonics Stars provides foundations for learning, supporting transition into and during formal education. Effectively teaching phonics combined with engaging movements, dance routines & muscle strength activities.I produced a step by step manual containing over 40 activities which I personally invented. Every activity incorporates the EYFS, ELGs and phonics teaching methods. Our ‘Play, Go, Party™️' builds shoulder, arm, hands and finger muscles. Midline crossing supports development of neurological pathways. I firmly believe children are more likely to develop into strong super writers through our activities. Shake it Mark Make It™️ dance to support listening, following instructions, visual tracking skills and midline crossing. Dancing with pom-poms/scarves for a holistic and sensory based fun dance routine, and leads to mark making to the rhythm of various types of music; supporting early writing and letter formation.through visual tracking. Classes link to the EYFS and phonics programmes from DofE. Class Leaders are specially trained, licensed and regulated by Phonics Stars Ltd. • Jan 1999 - Jul 2005

Starting a career with Next Retail as a part time sales consultant. Progressing to full time senior sales, then Womenswear Floor Manager at Next in Wimbledon. I successfully managed my own department and for a period acted as the Wimbledon Store Manager. I managed a team of over 50 staff, interviewed, employed, trained, observed and carrying out appraisals and if necessary disciplinary. I set up individual training packs, new initiatives, and proposed ideas. I was able to control absence, plan staff holidays and arrange staff motivational events. I held staff meetings, orientations and store tours. Boosting morale and seeing the result of this through good customer service and profits was incredibly important to me. I was promoted to a higher graded managerial position to the new Bromley store. I thoroughly enjoyed working as part a large team and was able to make use of my creative side. I was appointed the store merchandiser. Arranging stock to match the customer profile, sales history and predicting sales, I planned, managed and displayed items in the bestselling position around the store. During the last few years of my position here were 2 sides to my job role. 1) Merchandising and 2) the store trainer and interviewer. I controlled the training throughout the store, interviewed and employed staff. I observed and assessed members of staff, motivating them to provide excellent customer service and to be proactive.
