Advisor Centric Trusts (ACtrusts) was created in response to the repeating concern of advisors and financial professionals who felt left out of the estate planning process of their clients. Far too often, advisors were excluded by attorneys who failed to involve or inform the advisor of the estate plan and additional business opportunities for the advisor were missed or never materialized. ACtrusts seeks to change all that.
