His 32 years of experience in real estate spans roles all roles -- from income property owner and business owner to real estate agent, realtor, and property manager. Since 2004, he has helped clients with the purchase, sale, and management of properties throughout Southern California and beyond. Daniel Ketchum Daniel Ketchum is very driven, he received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he lived for 6 years, he has lived the other 25 years of his life in Ventura. Robert Warren Robert and wife Danielle have been married for 14+ years and have 2 children. They enjoy days at Disneyland and camping in their trailer or family cabin in Lake Tahoe. A very sports-oriented family, their kids pursue everything from dance to swim and soccer, as well as baseball and softball. Alex Uribes Born and raised in the Ventura area, Alex has great knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, beaches, and all the things that are important for you and your family as you search for a home. Vince Hendrix Vince is a Ventura native. He’s had a passion for real estate since he was a kid and purchased his first home at the age of 20. He grew up playing hockey and football and is naturally competitive, which helps him negotiate deals for his clients. He loves hunting for homes and showing properties.
