I had a chance to work with Zsófia on two different teams. Since her very first day in the company, she's been tackling tricky problems with ease that only very seasoned engineers usually show, and the fact that she hadn't had a gamedev background only makes it even more impressive. She got familiar with the our huge codebase in no time, proving to be an extremely fast learner. Her solutions and the code are solid, readable, well-tested and efficient. She's always up to date with the new technologies and tools in our field and is undaunted in trying new methods and teaching others in the process, and she often makes time even outside of working hours to incorporate some quality-of-life features or plugins that improve the game engine and are highly appreciated by the content creators. On the top of that, Zsófia is very well organized and a self-sufficient engineer. Zsófia not only excels at the technical subjects, she's also a dream teammate: always willing to help, responsive, proactive and highly responsible. Moreover, she's always eager to share her knowledge with the others: she initiated and led a couple of study groups/coding challenges that empowered even non-programmers to seek out answers and improve their problem solving. She's very well articulated, intelligent and well-versed in a whole bunch of various topics, not only coding-related, which makes her input very valuable. Zsófia is an outstanding, confident and sensible engineer. Combination of her skills with a demonstrated talent and experience will undoubtedly make her an extremely valuable senior at any tech company.
