Zach is a catalyst for making phenomenal things happen. Filled with passion and vision he captures an organizations pulse and sends it soaring. Obstacles are not deterrents but challenges and his solutions are usually innovative and creative. His giftedness aside, his character is what shines the brightest...commitment, loyalty, integrity and a collaborative spirit are common with this leader. He "dares mighty things".

Zach brought me on as part-time staff while studying at TEDS (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) after I bumbled into his office desperate to get my byline juices flowing again. Zach heard my quick pitch, and to his credit and mine, gave me a chance to prove my writing worthiness. He's been one of those managers who lives leadership by example and a role model for my career ever since we worked together at Trinity about 10 years ago. When I make creative or career decisions, Zach is one of the first I call to get the most valued two cents' worth of advice I can find. Those who get a chance to work with Zach (or employ him) are getting the real deal in terms of creative vision, untiring work ethic and all-around congenial guy.
