  In charge for the operations management and digital development of more brands of the group. I actively run control activities and data analysis of product and services costs compared to standard production and delivery costs. Budget setting, forecasting, and business planning are some of the activities I coordinate with a strategic view and with the role of data-pivot between CEO, Sales Reps and the production capacity. Managing logistic, supply chain and warehouse departments, I developed and improved their processes design, digitization and automation. Leading the e-commerce and CRM (Salesforce) implementation I've been involved in sales & digital marketing strategies. Being responsible for the ICT-Infrastructure I managed multiple servers, hostings, cloud services, web portals, ERP, m-Rolap DB and tools interfacing them to develop: budget monitoring dashboards, costs/sales kpi forecasting reports, customer clusters analysis, ads/direct-mailing campaigns optimization.
