I was responsible for managing the Conservation Plan Schedule of Operations by orchestrating post-fire emergency timber harvest operations with a Licensed Forester (RPF) and supported by License Timber Operators (LTO’s). During this time, I planned, implemented, and executed conservation practices to be performed such as site preparation of woody forest residue, mechanical brush clearing, thermal clearing followed by chemical control, and implementation of herbicides in pre-planting and post-planting periods. Pre-Ordering over 450,000.00 tree seedlings of various species conifers to be grown for conservation, protection of Putah Creek watershed, pre-planting, nursery care, cost analysis, planting implementation, spacing, post-planting control of brush and woody residue. Liable for inspection during pre-and-post periods by federal and state authorities without a single violation.
