      The Coaches' Association is an independently incorporated organisation located in the north-western Sydney region. Aligned with both HK&HDCA and Northern District Cricket Club, the Coaches' Association is responsible for recruiting and accrediting promising young cricket coaches, as well as designing and implementing a range of cricket clinics aimed at increasing the participation, skills and enjoyment of male and female cricketers aged U/6 – U/16. Our range of programs are tailored for cricketers at all levels, including beginners, club players, representative players, disadvantaged groups, and children with special needs. As Treasurer of the Coaches' Association, I was responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions as well as undertaking associated banking responsibilities. A major project included the financial management of the successful HKHDCCA / Northern District CC Sri Lankan tour in 2015. As Public Officer, I acted as the contact point and reported to NSW Fair Trading. Since August 2012, I have been employed to coach at holiday clinics, junior development programs and as a specialist batting and spin bowling coach at our off-season development programs, targeted at representative players. A highlight has been coaching at clinics for Blowfly Cricket; a fun and engaging program for children with special needs.
