Taking briefs from conception through to completion, my role is to ensure client satisfaction and understand the best way of making initial ideas come to life. This demands a high level of creativity and understanding of a clients brand and vision. Every detail is taken into consideration and crafted around our client's event. Each job is treated individually and we know that one size does not fit all. My role involves building close supplier relationships to guarantee the most cost effective solution for our client. Through meticulous reconciliation and budgeting I ensure all jobs are profitable. Managing the logistics of the crew and suppliers is a pivotal part of ensuring all events run to schedule. An event can be exceptionally demanding and stressful, however I am a calm and organised individual that thrives of the buzz. Another key part of my role is to grow our client base through targeted new sales and through our existing client base. This is achieved through a targeted business plan and building successful and trusted relationships with clients.

Key Account Manager
-
Mar 2013 - May 2014
Managing relationships for key corporate accounts to develop a mutually beneficial partnership. Working closely with all departments to analyse data and provide tailored travel management solutions and consistently delivering above and beyond client expectations. Skilfully negotiating with all suppliers to deliver the most competative solutions and setting oursleves apart from the competition. Working diligently to understand every clients industry and further understand the individual requirements and utilising this knowledge to see new ways of increasing sales. I managed large corporate accounts which included the management of their travel programme, events programmes, conferences, corporate away days and incentives. All renewal accounts were resigned and client satisfaction consistently improved. This was achieved through implementing a company wide Account Management plan and a structure used by all Account Managers.

Account Manager

May 2012 - Feb 2013
I coordinated crews for large scale productions including providing crew for all major terrestrial and digital channels. I established lasting relationships with clients and made sure their expectations were always exceeded. Luttrell provides specialist crews for many different sporting events including horse racing, football, golf, underwater diving, F1 and much more. This demanded an in-depth knowledge of production requirements especially the use of different equipment. The position also required meticulous organisational skills, exceptional customer service and the ability to negotiate with third party suppliers. As Account Manager for Christie's auctioneer house I produced their online marketing videos including the Impressionist/Modern arts, Chinese and Japanese and Old Master and British Paintings departments. I had to be calm, creative, resourceful and have a very sharp eye for detail. Onsite I managed the crew and ensured our time was used efficiently. My conscientious management of the projects ensured all were profitable and sales were increased by twenty five percent year on year.

May 2011 - Feb 2013
As Account Manager I was the main point of contact for all clients. This required best in class customer service. I had to be exceptionally organised in terms of my own work flow as well as managing the teams work load. Making sure all projects were on budget was a necessary skill and also making sure all projects ran to schedule. Increasing sales within the existing client base and drawing in new clients through marketing strategies was also a key responsibility. I was also responsible for writing copy for press releases utilising my which gave me the opportunity to further develop my already strong writing skills. As part of the production team I was able to develop my pitching skills which built on my already strong communication skills. I was entrusted to bring in key members of the team and develop their skills through training and development programmes. My ability to think laterally meant I was able to implement new ways to improve efficency and communication internally and across client interaction. As a small company I was given the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills.

Office Assistant and Bar Manager
-
Jan 2008 - Aug 2011
This is a diverse business where I assisted with the national distribution of turkeys at christmas time as well as managing the bars at the Henley Royal Regatta during the summer months. These positions demanded long and stressful hours especially at 2am on the Saturday night of the regatta! I supervised 15 staff when managing the bar and coordinated staff to optimise efficiency and profits. Pushing sponsor related sales was as well as field marketing gave me a thorough understanding of direct sales and marketing strategies. At christmas I assisted with the production line, coordinating teams to make sure all turkeys were packaged and delivered on time.
