  • Serve as Founder for the start-up that engages in the creation, curation and collaboration with individuals, teams and organization in service of using Art as a vehicle for Social Impact in USA and internationally. • Client base includes regional schools, Art institutes, Non-profit organizations , a sampling : Center for New Americans, Africans for Improved Access, Multicultural Aids Coalition, Museum of Fine Arts, Danza Organica, Castle of our Skins, Suitcase Stories, Enroot, Next Stage Theatre,VT, Massmouth, Landmark College, Middlesex College • Programs focused primarily focused on Arts-based Commissioned work – poetry, spoken word, writing, musical performance, as well as teaching, facilitation, hosting, speaking, and keynoting – in promotion of diversity, inclusion, and raising awareness around mental health and wellbeing, through trauma informed lens.Maoko Project incorporates indigenous Ndau teachings as a framework for this work, • Costume Designer for the 2019 Award Winning film “Memoirs of a Black Girl”, which showcased a young black woman’s urban life and the pressures of youth and community shown at the Boston Black History Month Film Festival. • Partnered with Unnamed Run Crew in 2019 and 2020 to create engaging copy for PR digital campaigns, combining self-authored poetry (“We Be Women” and “This Is Not an Ordinary Day”) videos and photography amplify a positive body image mindset and improve fitness and well-being.    Developed Youth Training Curriculum for the “Unnatural Causes” episodes by California Newsreel which draws attention to the root causes of racial and health disparities in America along with a team of Public Health Practioners, piloted in the summer of 2008 to 80 Boston Public School students.  Revamped Health/ Wellness/ Character Education Curriculum incorporating the Arts to urban at- risk youth in the Boston Public Schools (Grades 6-12) and community Boys and Girls Clubs. Classroom presentations to 90 -120 students weekly, over 2,000 students in my tenure.  Managed After School program for high school students in writing, spoken word/poetry, theatre and dance with a reflection of diversity  Trained and supervise peer educators and outreach workers.  Represented the program at school, city and community wide meetings on academic achievement, violence prevention, dating violence, HIV prevention, life skills, youth development and health/arts integration  Invited Guest Facilitator at Teen Voices: Pens of Power Girls writing conference at Simmons College on “ Writing for Social Change”.  Facilitated cultural wellness workshop at METCO conference.  Coordinated a Peer Leadership Program and developed a poetry workshop resulting in students winning local Spoken Word Contest.  Developed a short play with youth on “ Stopping Dating Violence “ that was performed at the Mayors Youth Summit FACILITATION  Taught middle school and high school level classes in health, wellness, life and study skills and character education in the Boston Public Schools and communities.  Collaborated and share best practices with other mental, healthcare and education providers, teachers and professionals. i.e. School Health, School Police, Boston Public Schools, Out of School Time, Community Centers.
