We specifically focus on helping adults overcome the effects of childhood, family trauma, and an abstract concept we call “ generational trauma .” . The clients I have worked with have experienced the following problems: Depression, Anxiety Disorders (including GAD, Social Phobia, PTSD, OCD), post-loss psychological problems, childhood trauma , living with alcoholics, living with chronic illness, crisis of meaning in life, difficulties at work, and lack of social and psychological skills.
