Lots of experience (and mistakes) have brought me to where I am now. I still think of working as a line cook at Penn State on football weekends when I design something. Function and flow. Measured steps and preparation. Everything in its place and a place for everything. I'm lucky to work with our talented designers who can envision the colors and textures. Put them into computer renderings to show you what it is going to look like. A shop full of craftsmen who make what we envision with wood, stone and steel. Having the capability to build custom stainless/millwork in house makes everything easier. Better coordination through sole-source accountability. Custom fabrication, equipment, signage, graphics, and decor all from a single source. That all makes things easier for me and therefore easier for you.
