I worked with Tobit for just over 18 months after he joined Propellernet as Head of Media. I remember meeting him for an initial chat and being blown away by not just his knowledge of media but also his commercial thinking and leadership ideas. He was far more than just Propellernet's head of media and had the ideas (and drive) to improve all areas of what we did. He was also great fun to be around in work and outside too. I've leaned on his expertise a couple of times since and he's been a brilliant sounding board. I can't recommend him highly enough.
