Stian Ward Bugten „ I have been fortunate to have been working with Meghan on diverse clients and industries at ANTI. Her ability to support and organize the team with energy, fun and knowledge makes a big difference in the team dynamic and the client relationships. She uses her grit to bring results, to make things happen, so that everyone on the team is ahead of the curve. Her ability to see new opportunities and potential have helped us create award winning work and win important contracts for our business. And not to forget, our local and international trips and times of celebration would not be the same without Meghan. She know how bring fun along during busy and hard moments.

Tom Morgan „Prolific, dynamic, energetic, creatively pragmatic and ludicrously organised; Meghan is an anchor to team life. Spearheading our programme in Design & Creative Effectiveness at ANTI leading to national and international awards. Supporting the team and I on major projects from City Branding to Digital Transformation in the Media and Health sectors and far beyond. Getting everyone over the line; from winning highly competitive contracts to the daily grind of herding us creative-cats with her clarity while we are in the fog of agency-life.

AVGARDE is a contemporary music concert series, established as a meeting place for composers, musicians and the public in Bergen, where Bergen-based composers and artists are in focus. As producer and manager administrated the entire concert program, I was responsible for financial health and management of the organisation. This included all funding applications and reports to local, regional and national bodies, as well as contractual and legal administration. In my time at AVGARDE I initiated increased focus on own-funding, by increasing strategic partnerships and sponsorship building, expanding the marketing and design management of the brand, and increasing it's web and social media presence. Utilising my experience as a producer within the cultural fields I ran an innovative producer trainee program via AVGARDE, where I was responsible for mentoring over 10 aspiring producers within the cultural field.
