  As Inventory & Logistics Manager I was overseeing the Receiving & Shipping Department. Handled scheduling, order entry, booking freight, & Raw Material & Finished Goods Inventory. Through my employment at Ecce Panis, I have had the position of Cost Accountant, Accounts Receivable, Frozen Goods Coordinator, & Inventory & Logistics Manager. In this role, I was able to succuessfully negotiate Freight Rates with Carriers, consolidated loads to reduce Freight Cost, interviewed and hired carriers, managed inventory, & met Customer requested delivery dates effectively. In addition to the tasks I had for this role, i managed to also do some Accounting duties in preparing Monthly Accruals, Journal Entries, and assistance with Accounts Receivable.

As owner of this restaurant I had the experience of managing staff of 10, hire and train staff, order raw material, process payroll, & create customer relations.
