Susan is a visionary creative and leader. She had the foresight long before the current age conversation that women 50+ are being under- and wrongly-served by marketers and needed an agency that understands them. I always loved listening to Susan's insights about this audience, and no one does branding and creative that speaks to them better than Grace Creative. She's also a super nice person, a great collaborator, and a caring founder. She's created a wonderful culture at Grace where everyone is heard, respected, and treated with dignity. Working with her and the Grace team was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my career. If your brand targets women 50+, you should talk to Susan.

We really enjoyed working with the Grace Creative team for our menopause brand, Kindra. We worked with them on a video ad used for customer acquisition on Facebook, as well as a lifestyle photo shoot. Susan, Kathy and Jennifer were so knowledgeable about our target demographic of women 45-65, and always gave us great insights and feedback as we launched our company. Grace Creative was able to stay within our startup's tight budgets and create work that delivered on our briefs and helped us build our brand. - Whitney Gosden Co-Founder & Head of Marketing, Kindra

Susan Colby from Grace Creative is one of the best marketing leaders I have worked with in some time. It is not only that she knows how to deliver ideas, concepts, and deep brand messaging. She understands the fine line of marketing and performance which, is the reason she became our agency of record for the Golden Door.

As a co-founder, I do it all from big ideas to flexible budgets. From digital, video, and social campaigns to direct mail, print, and outdoor. From integrated marketing campaigns to blog content, and salon events. Favorite accomplishments include a successful multi-year brand campaign launched with Annie Leibovitz for Golden Door, named the #1 Destination Spa in the World by Conde Nast Traveler. And most recently, a disruptive social campaign #AgeisNOTjustaNumber, that is an anthem of pride for women over 50 gaining momentum among women female founders over 50.
