  Subcontracted as Contracts Manager for a new start-up organisation in the Subsea Construction Market where my role is to manage the companies CAPEX investment programme and OPEX supply chain programme. During this Contract I have been able to interact and understand the legalities and working ethics of subcontracting non uk suppliers.
