Owner and founder of "House of Elrick Gin"Our hand crafted, artisan gin is one of the finest available. Botanicals hand-picked by our Master of Gin are a compliment of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root and citrus peel, built around a core of heather, pink peppercorns, sweet fennel and rose petals. As refreshing as it is aromatic, it is the only spirit made with the freshest water from Loch Ness. The resulting taste profile provides a fresh, yet earthy, bold infusion of flavours that can be enjoyed on ice or as part of a beautifully crafted cocktail.

Subcontracted as Contracts Manager for a new start-up organisation in the Subsea Construction Market where my role is to manage the companies CAPEX investment programme and OPEX supply chain programme. As a new start up I assisted in developing and implementing new processes and procedures required for a new company. My main area of focus has been in the delivery of our new vessel build which includes the design, engineering and fabrication of a new Subsea Construction Vessel complete with vertical lay system. Further to this I am responsible for the management and delivery of the operations contracts for the Company which has been routine pre and post award activities involving tendering, evaluating and selecting the preferred bidder, then working with our legal counsel and technical end users to agree and close out contract terms and scope. I have been fully responsible for the contract management of the Petrobras PLSV project, which was a 1 year charter contract, during this time I managed the operations in Brazil which resulted in multiple trips to Rio working with Brazilian companies and colleagues. During this Contract I have been able to interact and understand the legalities and working ethics of subcontracting non uk suppliers.
