I've recently commissioned 39steps to overhaul my online presence and whilst the work is not yet complete...in fact it's only just started.... I'm already impressed. I normally write reviews AFTER a job is done (that would be normal, most would say) but the way I've been treated, listened to and the strategy mapped out, I already know I've made a good decision.       I want to make 39steps the best creative agency we can be. I'm in charge of our finances and more recently have become passionate about developing our inbound marketing strategy and helping our clients with marketing strategy. I still enjoy doing a lot of the day-to-day design work, too.That's why I've been learning more about digital marketing. I've always been good at presenting information well but more recently I've wanted to make sure that information is relevant and effective. Our understanding of marketing strategies and digital platforms is the key to reaching the right people with the right content.It's very satisfying when a marketing strategy comes together. Helping other small businesses understand how to reach their ideal customers at the different stages of the buyers' journey. Helping them understand how to manage their budget and what to expect.I'm on a mission to make this knowledge the core of what we do at 39steps. All of our design work, whether creating websites or designing exhibition stands, should be part of a bigger plan. The message should resonate with the target audience and provide the answers they are looking for. The design should appeal to them.

      I was in charge of the design and production team, creating branded training materials for a vast array of global clients. For a team of 4 people we got through a lot of good quality work. The best thing about working for Apex, was the "do more" attitude. Certainly never a dull moment!
