Overview

PEN is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing basic educational opportunities and services for students in Afghanistan, with the objective of developing in the country's human capital to make them self-sufficient. The organization believes that for any development activity to be successful and sustainable, its goal must be specific and achievable; therefore, at PEN our focus is only on Panjshir. All of PEN's initiatives whether social, educational, or economical are planned and implemented by a network of Afghan-Americans collaborating with Ministry of Education and international organizations.
