Founded the DiNardo Management Group (DMG) in 2000 as a consulting/project management firm that specialized in working with local/national Real Estate developers, property owners, and cities/municipalities on planning and managing large complex high-profile redevelopment projects. Working together with the stakeholder's, DMG provides services ranging from cost modeling, project planning, and due diligence through the project execution. Services include project due diligence, risk assessment, environmental assessment, budgeting, value engineering, contractor/professional services supply qualification and scoring, preparation of technical specification, managing bid processes, project management, contract management, and owner’s representation requirements. Projects scope of work generally included; Civil decommission and improvements, asset recovery, structural demolition, environmental remediation, soils remediation, selective construction, historic preservation, regulatory compliance, along with community relations.
