My career at Optima began as their Business Analyst and in my 8 years I held the positions of Operations Manager, Director of Quality Management and eventually General Manager. During my tenure, I (my team) turned around the company from a 5% net loss to a 8% profit in 6 years. Most notably we achieved ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and QS-9000 quality certification. This strategy involved the complete re engineering of all administrative and operational systems.
