Dennoch bleibt – eingebettet in die digitalen Services – der persönliche Kontakt und das Vertrauensverhältnis zwischen Patient:innen und Ärzt:innen bestehen. Das medizinische Personal wird durch Einsatz und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zeitgemäßer IT-Anwendungen und Prozessautomatisierung von allen administrativen Aufgaben entlastet und kann sich effizient auf die wesentliche Arbeit, die hausärztliche Versorgung, konzentrieren.
