There are few people I've worked with in my life that I've had more confidence in than Sophie. I worked closely with her on a number of product launches at Impossible Foods, and she was always extremely proactive in her communication and delivered on-time whenever she committed to doing something. Her bias for action and collaboration was much appreciated given the extremely cross-functional nature of our jobs, and she always brought a tremendous amount of energy and positivity to all of our interactions, even when the topics made that difficult. But more than just being a great marketing manager, she was devoted to the mission of Impossible Foods with her whole self and brought that into everything she did at the company. Basically, whenever Sophie got involved with something, I knew it would get done, and I knew it would get done well and in alignment with the values of our company, and I couldn't ask for much more than that.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Sophie during her short, yet extremely productive, internship at FairFly. During her time with us, Sophie took part in the sales efforts and played a key role in preparing for our industry's largest annual global conference by managing her own list of leads and successfully scheduling several live demos with potential large enterprise clients. Sophie effortlessly learned how to use Salesforce and wrote professional and high quality copy/content, both of which she used while managing her leads. Throughout her internship, Sophie accepted and owned all of her projects and tasks (from the menial & least "sexy" work to more complex and sensitive projects) with a smile on her face and a positive can-do attitude - this made it such a pleasure to work with her and gave me the confidence to trust her with more and more responsibilities, all of which she managed extremely professionally (and got the hang of very fast!). Although she wasn't technically an employee of the company, Sophie gave her heart and soul, and didn't think twice about staying past her required hours when she saw that more time was needed to achieve the end goal. I would highly recommend Sophie and am more than happy to provide a more in-depth reference if necessary. I know that Sophie will add a lot of value and positive energy to any team that she joins in the future.
