I worked as a hobby specialist teaching cookery, as well as a camp counsellor with children aged 6 to 12 years old. This was a residential Jewish camp for 8 weeks in the summer where I planned, prepared and delivered up to 5 cookery sessions per day. As a camp counsellor I was responsible for 12 campers in the cabin. My role was to organise and motivate them through their hobby activities; as well as offer pastoral support nearly 24 hours a day.
