A breadth of fresh air amongst men and women in the Corporate world. Shehara has a wide perspective, depth and mental capacity that is seldom found in the rather narrowly focused world. I interacted with Shehara whilst writing their Annual Report for 3 consecutive years and always looked forward to meeting with her to draw inspiration and left the meetings a little more inspired. The humaneness which I gathered from her discussion , the integrity and her artistic capabilities seemed to add to that uniqueness. I feel she is great for leadership to play a larger role that can benefit society -to bring about change where needed etc.

I worked with Shehara on few projects but she spread her energy and positive outlook throughout the entire organisation like a shot of pure B12. She is one of the most creative people I have ever met and a great motivator. I will never forget how she walked in to my room with a present when I got my promotion - to celebrate my promotion! I also remember how direct she was when giving negative feedback at meetings, showing sensitivity whilst clearly and firmly probing to get to the bottom of the issues. It was a pleasure to work with her and I hope we cross paths again in our work.
