Build a culture of civic engagement and resident leadership in TND properties. 4. Build TND’s membership base through 1:1 meetings, outreach, and supporting social events. 5. Support leadership development by identifying emerging leaders, recruit participants and train residents in leadership skills. 6. Support the implementation of the Chelsea Thrives (CT) Initiative by providing administrative support to CT Executive Council & Leadership Team, managing Steering Committees, implementing Chelsea Shines and other strategic elements in the CT Workplan, and by identifying and fostering opportunities for collaborations between agencies. 7. Identify emerging needs, issues and trends among low-and moderate-income Chelsea and Revere residents that will impact housing, economic self-sufficiency, or community vitality.
