We, The Neighborhood Developers (TND), promote economic diversity, opportunity, and quality of life in the communities of Chelsea, Revere, and Everett. Our work strives to create affordable, welcoming communities for generations to come. We are a community development organization and we choose to put the emphasis on COMMUNITY. To create equitable change, we utilize our vision, resources, and most importantly - community voices, leadership, and action! We are committed to comprehensive, resident-led community development of neighborhoods in our communities.
