Sarah? What can I say I have known her for several years both as a client of hers, a coffee drinking partner and most importantly someone who’s opinion and advice I trust. What really impresses me about her is the amazing way she seems to tackle everything she does with a smile and enthusiasm that it so infectious you walk out of the room feeling as though you can take on the world. However don’t think she just has a smile and enthusiasm she delivers so much more including sound rational advice, the ability to challenge you and then offer a better approach, the ability to articulate an issue then come up with a resolution quickly and one of her top skills is her ability to listen, I mean really listen not just hear what is being said. If you are wanting to improve you, your business, and your employees your next action should be to contact Sarah Callender.

Even years after moving on, I have lost count of the number of other creative business owners in the region who say, "the best advice I ever got was from my old business advisor", and invariably they then go on to mention Sarah. I'm really pleased Sarah is now driving her own teams and ideas, with some amazing results, it always seemed like only a matter of time. In the simplest of terms Sarah is one of the North East's true future business leaders and a real asset to the region.

Why wouldn’t you want to take hold of this and create a culture that accelerates business growth? Culture, and the related behaviours it drives, are the golden thread running through everything that Duo does. Duo works with growth focussed businesses to lead and navigate strategic change by creating cultures that attract, engage and develop high performing people. We support our clients in attracting and recruiting the right people for the right roles; engaging teams company wide with positive business change; and strategically developing the leadership and management skills needed for business growth.

Own My IP is an online business solution which is targeted at the SME market. The service allows buyer (business) or creator (agency or freelancer) to request the assignment of or assign the copyright for creative work. It works by facilitating an email exchange containing an agreement and a listing of the creative work, website, designs, copy etc, the rights of which are then transferred between the two parties. The result is a formalised and transparent way to track Copyright transfer and ownership.
