Our signature Women In Leadership Programme is the cornerstone of The Elevator, designed specifically for female leaders and managers. The programme provides key insight into the thinking, beliefs and behaviours of successful women leaders and the real challenges that can occur in a constantly changing business environment. Delivered by two successful women leaders, with experience of years of running leadership retreats with female leaders at all levels, the programme is deliberately designed to be an interruption in your work journey and provide you with an opportunity to reflect, challenge your mind, and new direction.
