  In frames of this 2 years state funded participative university research international research was conducted on transition between school-age and adulthood and future planning of people with disabilities, with a special focus on persons with severe and multiple disabilities.   As Child Rights Project Manager my responsibilities included the coordination of fundraising and advocacy activities in Central and Easter Europe and I was responsible for the management of a project funded by the UNVFVT.   We studied - in frames of a longitudinal research - whether low birth weight or prematurity influences the precognitive development. Early cognitive delay or attentional disorder might have effect on the later learning ability.
