Responsible for creating applications to charitable Trusts and Foundations for funding bids ranging from £50 to £600,000+. Development and delivery of an annual plan of Trust and Foundation applications, cultivation of long term relationships with key funders and focusing on a strategic growth of application focus and scope. This has included direct line management of one employee and several volunteers, with deputy team management duties as required. I also volunteered and was selected to help deliver the JST's Mission Development Workstream over 2017-18, including widescale consultation of our beneficiaries, donors, partners and peers; analysis of gathered data; and, providing material for the re-definition of our mission statement and beneficiary groups based on such findings. Bursary Committee Founding Member (2020). Bursary Committee Lead (2022). Impact Evaluation Lead (2022). In six years I have managed £2.5M of income from Trusts and Foundations, including designing a new project which secured the highest value grant from a new funder in the Trust's recent history (£269,630).
