Wayforward exists to enable charities and other social purpose organisations to develop more opportunities for the public to support them. Most commentators in the third sector will tell you there is a need for greater innovation in the sector; for creating more options and greater choice for supporters. This is not due to a lack of ideas or innovative people in the sector. It is caused by a form of risk aversion which is closely linked to the need to steward donated funds in a responsible way. We have plenty of good ideas but how can we justify investing heavily in them in order to get them to scale? Wayforward takes the risk out of product development by providing expert fundraising strategy & development support at accessible price points. This means we open up the possibility of high quality, robust product development to smaller organisations and enable larger organisations to run more pilots. We are a consultancy/agency hybrid. We work with seasoned professionals with 'big agency', blue chip experience, pulling together precisely the right knowledge and resources for each individual project. We use technology and working practices to strip out unnecessary overheads. This means we are able to provide bespoke, adaptable development within your budget. With the right people working collaboratively, there is always a way forward. We will apply our expertise to evaluate your existing insight, help you to commission more research if required, then work with you to develop your strategy and design the necessary product development programme. We will support you in the design and delivery of low cost pilots, then with proof-of-concept and performance data in hand, we will work up a business case with you for greater investment to take the product to scale. At this point we bring in the bigger agency support to provide the capacity required for scale. Show less

I am proud to sit on the Advisory Board for The Good Business Club, a network for businesses with purpose beyond just profit. Business for Good is a different way of doing things and therefore requires a different approach to networking. Unlike traditional business owners, Good Business Club members prioritise collaboration and partnership to grow their businesses. They are eager to learn from other like-minded business owners, the challenge they face is finding them. CREATIVE. STRATEGIC. FUNDRAISING.We are a strategic, creative fundraising agency. We bring our commercially proven approach to the UK's most ambitious charities; inventing, producing and taking fundraising products to market. Our business is built on four pillars of success: insight, proposition, strategy and creative. And with years of experience working on ground-breaking campaigns, we know what it takes to achieve income growth: creative thinking, brutal number crunching and the courage to do things differently.Starting with the big idea and viability, we've developed some of the most successful fundraising products of all time using our phased project process with controlled risk.We are ambitious, fearless and hungry for success. So far we've helped raise over £30 million in donations to charities, and we want you to join us on our journey. We’ve worked on successful projects with clients across a range of public, private and third sector organisations, including: British Heart Foundation, YMCA, Cancer Research UK, Diabetes UK, NSPCC, British Red Cross, Unicef, WWF, The Wildlife Trusts, Barnardo’s, Books Trust and many more.
