      The DET HRMIS Program was a multi million dollar program of work chartered with delivering a web enabled integrated HR system state wide to the 90 000 employees of the Department of Education and Training. The HR system included Payroll, Recruitment, Workplace Health and Safety, Performance Management and Corporate Reporting functions.The Program Management Office (PMO) was established to ensure the successful delivery of the DET HRMIS Program comprising multiple large scale, complex and high risk projects (HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Workplace Health and Safety, Performance Management and Corporate Reporting Solutions) within the parameters of the project success criteria (i.e. time, cost and quality) and cultivate a disciplined approach to the management of Programs and Projects by ensuring compliance with project management standards utilising Prince2 methodologies.
