Established in 1937, Regent Taxis trading as Gold Coast Cabs (GC Cabs) is the largest regional Taxi Company in Queensland and comprises of over 390 vehicles, with 30% of our fleet being wheelchair accessible. Our service area is Ormeau to Coolangatta and we operate 24 hours a day every day of the year. In 2009 the trading name Gold Coast Cabs was adopted by Regent Taxis to better align with the Gold Coast community. Regent Taxis Limited is a public unlisted company and was incorporated in September 1960. The name Regent Taxis had been operating continuously since 1938.
