Rick has been an absolute joy to work with. During our time at Yager we have worked in two different team compositions on The Cycle and I wouldn't have picked a better person to lead the team with. Rick has great interpersonal skills, he's very detailed oriented in his designs and his technical skills proved how something potentially impossible on paper he can turn into a technical work of art. On top of that, he was mentoring junior members of the team and was one of the most professional and approachable people I ever worked with. I highly recommend Rick and I look forward in working with him again in the future.
