Study Value Engineering options and direct the local Engineer of Record to redesign the buildings as needed. •Oversee the functionality testing of the HVAC system for every guestroom. •Manage the Sub-Contractors & Commissioning Agents to ensure all the MEP systems in the building are operational for the hotel opening date. •Handover the building to the local Facilities team and collaborate assessing any deficiencies they find after the building has been in operation for two months. •Support the Operations team with all MEP renovation & remediation projects, equipment troubleshooting and Retro-Commissioning efforts. •Left the position at the end of 2020, but still responsible for directing the CitizenM MEP US design and construction rollout in 2021 through COLLECTIF Engineering PLLC.
