Overview

Vanderweil is a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, sustainability, commissioning, and power engineering firm dedicated to providing customized and innovative engineering solutions through excellent client service. We have designed MEP/FP systems for buildings of all types and sizes, as well as cogeneration plants up to 50 MW, chilled water plants up to 100,000 tons, hundreds of miles of transmission lines up to 345 kV, and utility grade substations up to 1,000 MVA. We seek to create engineering designs that reflect and support our client’s project goals for program functionality, quality and maintenance, aesthetics, environmental impact, occupant comfort and health, space use, performance, and cost. We achieve this through close collaboration with our clients and fellow team members. Sustainability is a core value at Vanderweil. Our buildings incorporate sustainability provisions ranging from the pragmatic to the cutting edge. We are an active participant in the AIA 2030 commitment and a LEED Proven Provider, a USGBC designation recognizing firms with exceptional performance.
