  - Designed and manage the Big Train ticketing operation, and successfully transferred the operation online with assigned seating. - Serve as main point of contact for Season Ticket Holders and fulfill ticket transfers and other special requests.- Assist the General Manager in overseeing college interns and high school fellows who staff game day operations.- Manage the team’s youth volunteer operation.- Report to the Board of Directors with operational and financial reports, as required.
