I worked with Olivier when he was Customer Support Director within Power Automation Controls Business and also Ludres Plant Managing Director. I was of course impressed by his management, technical and also explanation skills (his ability to explain in very simple words complex products or processes) and of course very strong financial skills especially cost controlling: Olivier and his team started from scratch customer support contract/projects portfolio controlling and costs monitoring. In terms of Internal Controls, all above skills could only bring valued added to the improvement plans to be put in place. Finally, Olivier is very accessible and just very nice to work with and we will for sure definitely keep in touch for the future !
