  During my 6-month contract, I am doing my European Solidarity Corps at the Emys Foundation for the preservation and education of the environment. Integrated in the department of sustainable resource management and biodiversity conservation, my missions are divided into two programs - Within the framework of the European LIFE AgroforAdapt program, I am carrying out an assessment of the state of semi-natural areas on 10 partner farms in the program with the aim of developing existing biodiversity and its ecosystem services on Catalan farms. - Within the framework of the Emys agrobiodiversity program, I monitor and develop a native seed bank that offers local farmers access to seeds adapted to Mediterranean climatic conditions.   Master'sThesis about "Fishers’ Ecological Knowledge and perception of drivers of change in the small-scale fishery of Barcelona". The aim of the study was to establish the State of the Art of the Traditional Ecological Knowledge in the port of Barcelona. When talking about drivers of change and its impacts, fishers have a broad knowledge that is important to asssess and integrate into policies. The data gathering process consisted of semi-structured interviews conducted for four months. First, local experts' visions of the fishing issues were gathered during meetings, and then, the study took place in Port Vell (Barcelona) to interview 20 fishermen, active or inactive, involved in the Barcelonian fishery. We used the semi-structured interviews method to have access to fishermen’s memories and to draw an overall picture of the perceived changes noticed during the last decades and their impacts on the marine ecosystem and fisheries. The conclusion of the study suggests that the drivers of change seen by governmental and international regulation as the priority for environmental strategies do not match with local communities’ perceptions.   Child protection. Marem is an association for the reintegration of street children that I was in charge to promote to find new financial supports. I was in charge of making the first link between the NGO and the children, through a day center. In a special children’s shelter, I was in charge of helping the children with their homework and monitoring their schooling. I learnt how to manage a difficult group and how to manage my feelings.
