Bio
Tzeela Tsoref
I was Noa's manager as head of the student association's involvement section. As part of my work as a midwife, Noa Shemesh worked under me as a student involvement coordinator. Noa fulfilled her role exceptionally well and showed in her work very impressive abilities whether in the execution of events, attention to detail, and organized her work. Working with the university's political parties is challenging and requires human relations and the ability to negotiate which Noa excelled and achieved excellent results. In addition, Noa demonstrated a capacity to produce events that provided a platform for the entire political spectrum and campaigns that encouraged elections among students. On a personal note, it is important for me to note that working with Noa is delightful both on a personal and professional level. I saw Noa as a responsible and independent coordinator who managed to combine patience and assertiveness and received positive feedback from me and the other members of the team during the year. With her abilities to see the big picture and the small details and to promote short and long term processes, I recommend her for any role she chooses to engage in.
