      O-I (Owens Illinois) Glass is a global glass bottle and jar manufacturing company. They are currently rolling out their ’Global Template’ ensuring that all sites follow standard processes across all functions of the business. The system used is SAP, though the project is not simply an SAP implementation, as there are many non-system based processes which are also being changed.       Australia Post March 2014 – Current Have worked across a number of projects whilst here at Australia Post using Agile, Sequential and Waterfall project delivery methods. My New Desktop Project This piece of work was for both Australia Post and Star Track staff and involved upgraded users nationally to Windows 8.0 and Office 2013. Activities included: - Training Lead role in developing and running Information Sessions which were run at all sites and all locations, to all staff - Trained state and site based trainers to deliver above content and to be on site support for colleagues - Developed training material to support change activities - Assisted in running Pop-Up sessions at a number of sites, encouraging users to embrace the new technology and ways of working - Implemented a 'My New Skills' advanced skills training program working with a 3rd Party service provider. This allowed users to leverage off new applications and features to truly get the benefit of the new operating system Technology Investment Program Ongoing Change Lead support of the Program, which includes over 20 projects. As most projects only involve upgrading of hardware, people change impacts are small, however I have supported projects in: - Completing Business and Change Impact Assessments to ensure any possible people impacts are addressed - Supported in Stakeholder Engagement activities - Developed and communication or training as required Currently working on piece of work involving a wholly owned subsidiary company, upgrading technology and processes.
