  As the Plant Engineer I have taken many responsibilities in these years. Many times I have worked as a Project Leader in several special initiatives, but during the years I have also assume many day-to day tasks as the Engineering-Maintenance Manager. 2015- Present • In charge of the Maintenance of the production facilities, including the management of all the support systems. • Project management of the new Distribution Center for finished product (storage and orders preparations). Including the creation of a new company as a joint venture with other laboratories, development of the business model and cash flow analysis. • In charge of the diagnostic kits manufacture facilities construction.2011- 2015 • Support to different areas of the company (Technical Direction, Production, Maintenance, Innovation management, etc.) in different projects.• Participation in the design of new facilities of biopharmaceuticals and diagnostic kits.• Management of different critical support systems (HVAC, water (PW WFI), steam, etc.).2008-2011 • In charge of the new facilities project including: design, basic engineering, management of external consultants, budget, etc. ($ 30 million project)• Incorporation of new machinery, purchase, installation, and start-up management.• Participation in the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, collaborating in occupational safety and environmental protection.
