Lab2 Design Unit initially provided clothing design and development services on a consultancy business. Based entirely on word of mouth advertising we worked with companies including Bonds Australia, O'Neill Australia, Sara Lee, SOCOG, SMP. We moved towards handling more graphic design work for print and web around 1997. Our print work included clothing catalogues which were partly automated using a combination of Applescript, Filemaker and Pagemaker/Indesign scripting. This combination led to web programming initially on Miva Merchant ecommerce sites with Mivascript and from there to PHP/MySQL. Show less
