I had the pleasure of working with Nayyar in several capacities over many years. In each, I found Nayyar to be one of the best innovators at Honeywell. His deep experience in Aerospace coupled with his talents in cloud computing made him invaluable in creating

Nayyar worked in my team at Rotary Wing Research & Design Center HAL from July 1998 to June 2001, while I was leading the Electrical & Instrumentation Systems Design Team of the indigenous Advanced Light Helicopter. He worked on system engineering and design aspects of engine control system and cockpit displays. He is one of the best team members I have managed in my 35 plus years in the aviation industry. Nayyar is bundle of energy with immense patience and never say die spirit. Whenever I had a challenging issue to resolve, I could depend on him to deliver – the right solution at the right time. He used to come out with innovative but easy to implement ideas to complex issues. He is quick learner. He has excellent communication skills with clarity of thought and great analytical ability to match. He strives for perfection in all aspects of work and life. He has good organisational skills both inside and outside work – he used to initiate outings for the team which helped us to know each other better and work as a cohesive team. Another aspect which highlights his multi-faceted personality is his skills in writing, poetry and dancing. He has maintained good contacts with me and other members of the team at HAL even after he left in 2001. I am very happy to have had him in my team and about his great professional achievements after he left the team. I will always remember him as a dependable, energetic team member. His positive attitude; enthusiasm and approach to work and life are contagious. He is a great asset to any organisation, professionally and as a great team member. My best wishes for his all-round success. I wish he would scale greater heights in his professional life.
