Mohit and I were colleagues in Pepsico India region. Mohit is one of the coolest, calmest people that I have seen in my career. Mohit would easily have won any contest for the most loved colleague at work.Mohit handled the beverages innovation portfolio.he ensured that all parts of the organization were aligned and collaborating on the big picture agenda. I believe only Mohit could have done this because he was well liked and respected by all in the organization. I always found Mohit's marketing fundamentals to be sharp and consumer led. He was always thoroughly prepared for every meeting and took responsibility. Mohit is one of the best marketing resources that I have worked with in my career. I wish him all luck.

Working with Mohit was a real pleasure, given both his innate understanding of business and strong drive towards building strategic consumer led plans. He has truly evolved as a professional, from a young brand manager when we started working together first, now to someone who looks to lead business development and growth but with a lens of purpose that adds a strong dimension. Mohit's strong point is also his drive toward complete ownership of all that he takes on, as seen in his innovation strategy thinking and rapid prototyping on beverages when the original demand spaces framework was being thought through. Over the past couple of years, I have also seen from close, Mohit's drive towards leveraging his professional skills in the area of sports. Here again he has demonstrated total ownership, a sense of purpose and the ability to build processes and systems afresh to deliver.
