I plan weekly curriculum around the theme that the school director picks. I implement it daily with children ranging from 2-5yrs old. Using creative curriculum I help the kids to learn their colors, how to count, letters, and help them learn about the world around them at an age appropriate level. In addition I model fundamental social skills such as; sharing, taking turns, and using words/sign language to express feelings. Demonstrating and implementing daily living skills such as; putting on shoes, coats etc, washing hands, potty training, and how to clean up after themselves, is another a key component to my job.
