The assessment includes a review of financial information, cultural stress assessment, employee surveys, market position analysis and customer feedback. The current state assessment also includes personality type assessments for the leadership team that reveals individual strengths and weaknesses. ► STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP. In this module, companies create a destination that the leadership and employees can believe in. Use a holistic approach to establishing the company’s purpose, mission, and organizational goals.
